Our Home Care Services
Elite JFM Inc. offers client centered care that enables you to maintain a quality lifestyle.
In-home care providers work hourly assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) such as; Assistance with bathing, dressing, skin care and grooming, Meal preparation, Transportation to appointments/errands, Housekeeping, medication reminders.
If a client’s primary caregiver needs to take a temporary break, our respite care program provides a relief and assistance to client according to the needs of the client or the plan of care established by the client’s physician.
Our companion services enables and assists our clients in building and maintaining a socially balanced lifestyle. Our caregivers can be a personal companion or help seniors achieve their social goals through some activities like; planning, reading/writing, offering transportation for personal visits.

- Participate in crafts
- Accompany to Senior Center
- Visit friends & neighbors
- Discuss current events
- Keep calendar with birthdays/holiday reminders

Providing personal care for a family member is very delicate and extremely important for both physically and mentally. Elite JFM Inc. offers personal care services that are individual/client centered. Our trained caregivers can assist you or your loved one with assistance with the activities of daily living, such as:
- Getting in and out of bed and chairs
- Getting dressed
- Restroom visits
- Bathing
- Dealing with incontinence
- Restroom aftercare
- Skin care and grooming
- Meal preparation
- Feeding
When day-to-day housekeeping becomes too much to handle, let a Elite JFM Inc. specialist step in and give you a helping hand, we are here to make it easier for you to have a quality life. We offer basic homemaking services that include, but are not limited to:
- Sweeping/mopping floors
- Laundry
- Making beds and changing linens
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Disposal of garbage
- Organizing mail
- Handling home deliveries

Care Management
We will work with you to create a customized plan of care, and manage it every step of the way. Our experienced team of care management specialists, RNs, and friendly companions who can provide transportation if needed are there to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently provided.
If services include use of the client’s personal funds:
The Agency will obtain an authorization from the client/responsible party, for access to personal funds when grocery or other shopping services are to be provided and when those services include assistance with bill paying or any activities, such as shopping, that involve access to or use of client funds.
